This scripts converts your bbPress foren database to a working PunBB foren database.
Please be careful when you’re using this script. We don’t take any charge if this script will destroy or break your bbPress and / or PunBB database and / or foren softwares.
This script is carefully tested but don’t take any risk and update your database before running this script.
Please look carefull at the installation description at the top of this page or read below.

Download the script bbpress2punbb.
Download the HTML2PLAIN text converter here.
We don’t mix them because of copyright problems. May in a later state we will do this.
Put the HTML2PLAIN text converter in the same directory where the script is.
BACKUP your database!
Delete all bbPress that are marked as deleted in your existing database, to see how to do this, please look here.
This is very important to do before, because otherwise the deleted topics and posts will pop up again.
Modify the settings in the head of my script after the installation comments to get the correct database connecten to BOTH databases.
Now open the script with your browser and be happy.
